I would like to compliment your employees for the brilliant service they have provided us, especially with my last request. Weng Wah, Wen Jun and Yee Pin understood the extreme urgency in which I needed a replacement laptop charger and the actual lead time from my request to the delivery of the replacement was exactly 25.50 hours. My laptop was totally out of power and I needed to retrieve some crucial documents from our shared folder. Time was the essence, and Weng Wah and Wen Jun ensured my request was expedited. Yee Pin delivered my charger as promised. Kha Zhun and Kai Loon also assisted with iPhone Mail settings even though it was after work hours. The problem was resolved within ten minutes. Kai Loon also followed up the next day to ensure the mails were properly downloaded. We have always been pleased with the assistance provided by ACM. However, their level of professionalism and speed of recovery exceed our expectations. Such commitment to exceptional client service is to be commended.
