At times, ACM QuickSupport Team may require to remotely access your machine to help you troubleshoot, we use TeamViewer software to provide remote desktop access.
01 To be able to establish a remote connection, make sure that your internet connection is up.
02 Download the latest version of the remote access software for Win or Mac OS platform.
Downloads are checked daily and verified to be safe.
03 You will now see the main window. List down the following: Session Code & Your Name.
04 Inform our QuickSupport Team of your ID. We will then be able to help you troubleshoot the issue remotely, as if we are sitting beside you. Once you close the application, ACM will no longer have access.
Teamviewer is owned by TeamViewer GmbH and ACM is not in any other ways promoting or connected with the said company. Using of this software should abide and follow Owner's Licence Agreement.
